Spinning

All our cashmere comes from our native goats in Inner  Mongolia. In the factory, we have gone through more than ten times of combing process to remove impurities and wool, and washed to remove the goat smell on the cashmere, and then use these selected cashmere to spin the required worsted or woolen yarn according to the characteristics of the product and the production requirements of the technical craftsmen. Dyeing is also reasonably inserted in the carding and spinning process according to the

process requirements. A spindle of exquisite yarn combines the hard work and careful attention of workers in all processes.

Weaving

Like building a house, weaving requires creativity, mathematical skills, technical understanding and dexterity to weave a good fabric. Our weaving range is divided into plain, herringbone, twill, crack, jacquard and so on. These patterns are delicately woven on our cashmere loom.

Finishing

After the cashmere yarn is woven or knitted into cloth, it feels hard and has a rough appearance. We need to go through many processes, such as washing and shrinking, pilling and steaming, to turn cashmere fabrics into luxury products. In the process of finishing, we strictly control the quality of each process that affects the style, feel and appearance of cashmere clothing, to ensure that our cashmere products return to the most natural and ultra-soft state. The fleece feel of cashmere scarf depends on the process of shrinking and fuzzing. The shrinkage determines the fullness of the cashmere, while the fuzzing determines the density and water ripple of the cashmere fabric. Our craftsmen have fully considered the structural characteristics and product requirements of different cashmere fabrics, and reasonably adjusted the process parameters to ensure the quality of all our cashmere products.
